Including a series of slow-paced Yin poses, focusing on deep stretches and mindful breathing to release tension, and soothe the mind for the week ahead. will offer and consistent and gentle approach in her practise to better understanding the body and psyche proving to be more beneficial for long-term healing.

Everyone welcome for a vinyasa Flow to reconnect with yourself, release tension and feel a deeper awarness of energy flowing through the body. Class offers you the chance to dive into imaginative sequences, classic postures, and dynamic transitions in a flowing creative practice.
Mindfulness
This practice is about slowing down your body and soothing a busy mind. The continuous slow movement takes you into the body with guided practical Pranayama (Breath), effectively guide foundational meditation into class offerings, stillness & overall cultivating the ability to hold space.
Yoga Nidra
This restful practice that is all about slowing down and stepping away from the busyness of life. The slower you go, the faster you get there. Featuring Yoga Nidra (or Yogic Sleep) extended meditation. This is a fully supported practice where we use many and varied props to help initiate the parasympathetic nervous system.
Holistic Kids yoga
During this fun filled yoga session, Warming up, using our imagination to go on an exciting yoga journey around the globe, exploring yoga poses, focus on Conscious breathing which is one of the simplest and most effective ways to lower stress in the body, (mindfulness), class theme reflections what are you willing to let go of and release In order to invite with loving awareness for all things. A selection of calming kids yoga and mindfulness to help kids wind down after a busy day, and finishing with a peaceful reflection and relaxation for our bodies at the end.
